About Me
I was born and raised in Estelí, a small city in the north of Nicaragua. I grew up surrounded by a great family that instilled in me love for my culture, and my community. In 2019, I moved with my family to the United States, where I learned a new language and started a new life. After working in customer service and office administration, I focused my time on working for the community as a case manager and data entry. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I am a big fan of Harry Potter, and I always make time for a good movie and a snack.

Why I work at PIE
I was an employment case manager for nearly two years before taking on the role of Volunteer Coordinator in 2026 at PIE. This growth allows me to implement the skills I have gained at PIE in my previous role and allowing me to continue contributing to the growth of the organization.  I love that as a team we work together to help and contribute for the benefit and improvement of our community.
